Do you miss ballet class? Thinking about trying it out? Then join us for our teen and adult class offered every Tuesday evening from 6:15-7:15pm.
This class utilizes a somatic and physics-based approach to ballet instruction in order for students to maximize their technique and artistry in a positive environment.
The cost is just $10 per class or $35 for the month. Tuesday class is at an advanced beginner level/beginner level. Private classes are also available.

Mary Schnepf: Mary is a dancer, choreographer and ballet teacher in the Buffalo, NY area. She is constantly researching how biomechanics, physics of movement and somatic principles can be applied to ballet studies in a way that helps provide a safe, fun and efficient way of moving .She is also currently working on her MFA in Dance Studies and has recently presented a workshop on the Physics of Pirouettes to help demystify turns for both dancers and fellow teachers.
Her choreography with her dance group, Ballet ex Machina, involves mixing contemporary ballet with industrial and electric music and is often in collaboration with other visual and performing artists. Mary has choreographed pieces that have been presented at the Albright Knox Art Gallery, ALT Theatre, University at Buffalo, Music is Art Festival and the Elmwood Festival of the Arts.
